Shout offer a 24/7 confidential, texting service if you are experiencing a crisis or feel unable to cope and need support. They can offer help with urgent issues such as suicidal thoughts, abuse or assault, self-harm, bullying and relationship problems.

Switchboard offer support and information if you are lesbian, bisexual or transgender, available on 0330 330 0630 (10am-10pm 24/7). Their helpline is anonymous and confidential and will connect you to the right LGBTQ service or advice.  They also offer a webchat service and all operators identify as LGBT+
