Whatever is on your mind, being able to share it with somebody who is able to really listen to you, can make all the difference.

Online counselling can be short or long-term depending on what you decide to bring to sessions. This is discussed at the start of counselling and gets regularly reviewed as sessions progress.

My fees are £50 per hour session payable in advance by BACS. I also offer a bundle of 6 sessions at a discounted price of £280 if purchased at the start of therapy.

A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended, but sometimes a one-off session can be enough dependent on individual issues.

“I have gained so much self-insight from my counselling. Tiggy was kind and really listened to me and my concerns. Thank-you so much (Client, Sept ‘22).

“I am very grateful for the sessions with Tiggy, she helped me navigate through difficulties and along the way I developed a deeper understanding of myself. I always felt supported and listened to during the sessions, Tiggy is very compassionate and always made me feel comfortable” (Client, Dec ‘22).

Tiggy was outstanding. I was going through the worst time I have ever experienced in my life. There were complex issues and she was always so calm, supportive, and helpful. Honestly, I would not have got through it without her. We built such a connection and I hope more people will be blessed to work with her and have her touch their lives. Thank you Tiggy” (Client, Apr ‘23).

“Tiggy has been amazing, from the get go I felt safe and comfortable. I liked how we were able to make connections between everything which allowed me to realise where my thoughts and actions stem from. This experience has allowed me to learn so much more about myself enabling me to feel so much more normal and understood!” (Client, January ‘23).

“I really felt that Tiggy was listening to me and understanding me and was continually impressed that she was able to recall details that I had said weeks, sometimes months ago that I didn’t remember saying! She would often pick out specific words that I have used and used that as a spring board to dive into discussion which in turn really helped find roots for how I was feeling” (Client, June ‘23)

“The sessions felt very relaxed, and I like that Tiggy is a very warm and caring person, and I never felt like anything I wanted to talk about was too small so it was very easy for me to open up fully and get the most out of the time" (Client, August ‘23)

I understand that this may be a big step for you and you may need time to think about a commitment to counselling

A good way to get a feel for whether you and I could work well together is to book a one-off paid session which offers you an hour to give me a flavour of what you would like to bring to counselling and for me to carry out an assessment of your needs.

After this initial session, if you decide you do not wish to go ahead with counselling at this time, or perhaps I feel that I am unable to help you with a specific issue, then there is no obligation to take things any further.
